I help nonprofits build support for real social change. I work side-by-side with organizations on leadership transitions, strategic planning, multi-year budgets, board development, and compelling communications.

I consult directly with nonprofits and am privileged to work as an interim nonprofit executive through the auspices of LevRidge Resources, now Armstrong McGuire. I am certified as an interim nonprofit executive by the LIFT Connection Institute.

I launched my consulting practice in 2007. Prior to that, I served as the Executive Director of Charlotte Trolley, a history organization; Director of Sales at the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center; Director of Marketing at WDAV Classical Public Radio at Davidson College; and Program Manager for the eNOugh Campaign to End Domestic Violence in North Carolina.
